On being pointed out the defects in the compromise, learned counsel for the applicants submitted that he does not want to press this application and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to applicants to file fresh application with proper pleadings and documents in support thereof.
To the aforesaid prayer, there is no objection.
Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
Office is directed to return the certified copies of the documents as also the original compromise, if any, to the learned counsel for the applicants, as per Rules in this regard.
