Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel for opposite parties no.1,2 3 & 6 and Ms. Shradha Mishra, learned counsel for opposite parties no.4 & 5.

AfÏdavit filed on behalf of opposite parties no.4 & 5 to that effect is taken on record.

On 28.08.2024, the following order had been passed:

"1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel for opposite parties 1 to 3 & 6 and Mr. Virendra Misra, learned counsel for opposite parties 4 & 5.

2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties for payment of GPF along with interest which has already been sanctioned vide letter dated 15.03.2024.

3. Learned State Counsel on the basis of written instructions dated 27.08.2024 submits that necessary directions have already been issued for payment of aforesaid amount and shall be made shortly from the treasury.

4. In view thereof, list this case on 18.09.2024, as fresh, in order to enable learned State Counsel to obtain necessary instructions. "

In pursuance thereof, learned counsel for petitioner on the basis of instructions submits that General Provident Fund amount has already been paid to petitioner although he still as some grievance left with regard to computation of interest.

In view of aforesaid, liberty is granted to petitioner to file fresh before opposite party No.3 i.e. Joint Director, Technical Education, (Central

Zone), Bans Mandi Chauraha, Charbagh, Lucknow or any other competent authority who may consider and decide petitioner's grievance with regard to General Provident Fund amount which has already been paid to petitioner.

Such a decision may be taken by the said authority within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before said authority.

With the aforesaid direction, petition stands disposed of .
