Heard Sri Udai Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Deepshikha, learned C.S.C.-II for the opposite parties.
By means of this petition the petitioner has prayed following relief :
" Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 15.06.2024 passed by Inspector General of Police Ayodhya region, Ayodhya and order dated 11.08.2023 passed by the opp. Party no. 4 contained in Annexure no. 2 and 3 in the interest of justice.
ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opp. Parties to provide the all service consequential benefits in the interest of justice."
Ms. Deepshikha has submitted that the petitioner has assailed the order dated 15.6.2024 which has been passed by the appellate authority and against the aforesaid order the petitioner may file statutory revision, therefore, instead of approaching this Court the petitioner may file revision.
Without entering into the merits of the issue, considering the submission of Ms. Deepshikha, learned C.S.C.-II, I hereby dispose of the petition finally at the admission stage giving liberty to petitioner prefer a revision before the revisional authority taking all his pleas and grounds and enclosing his earlier representations along with all relevant documents within a period of ten days. If such a revision is moved the revisional authority is directed to dispose of the revision of the petitioner with speaking and reasoned order after affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, strictly in accordance with law expeditiously, say within a period of six weeks from the date of production of the certified copy of this order.
The decision on the revision shall be communicated to the petitioner forthwith.
Writ petition is finally disposed of .
