Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties 1,2,5 and 6 and Mr. Mohan Singh learned counsel for opposite party No.7. In view of order being passed, notices to opposite parties 3 and 4 stand dispensed with.

Petition has been filed seeking a direction to competent authority to permit petitioner to work on the post of Mahila Gram Rojgar Sewak in Gram Panchayat Aama, Block Katehari, District Ambedkar Nagar.

It has been submitted that petitioner was engaged on the aforesaid post on 16th May, 2008 and is continuously discharging duties ever since but has recently not been permitted to discharge his duties for which present petition has been filed.

For the aforesaid grievance, petitioner has already submitted a representation but seeks liberty to file a fresh representation before the authority concerned.

Considering innocuous prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner and without entering into the merits of the case petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh representation before opposite party No. 3 i.e. District Program Cooordinator/District Magistrate Ambedkar Nagar or any other competent authority. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided within period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
