Shri Atishay, Advocate holding brief of Shri Suyash Gupta, learned counsel for the applicant, after arguing at some length, states that he does not intend to press on with the instant application and prays that the same may be dismissed as not pressed with the liberty to the applicant to pursue other remedies as may be available to him.
