1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents.
2. After arguing the matter at some length, Sri Shashank Shukla, learned counsel for petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file appropriate application in the earlier application being U/s 482/378/407 No.3448 of 2008.
3. Learned counsel for respondents has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
