2 . In terms of the FIR, it was alleged that the daughter of the informant aged about 14 years was enticed away by the applicant and the entire family members. Subsequently, in the statement of the victim recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C., the victim disclosed her age as 13 years and stated that she had gone with the applicant to Lucknow and thereafter she went to Mumbai, where both of them stayed together in a rented accommodation and physical relations were also formed in between them. In the statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. the victim reiterated the said version and stated that both of them knew to each other and both of them had gone to Lucknow and thereafter to Mumbai where they stayed for three days and physical relations were also formed. In the statement before the Medical Authorities, the victim stated the said version of having gone to Mumbai with the applicant and stayed there in a rented accommodation and she came back to Lucknow on 01.04.2024 where she was apprehended. With regard to the age of the victim, a document being a certificate issued by the Principal of the School, where the victim allegedly studied up to class VIII was relied upon.
