Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel for opposite parties no. 1 & 3, Mr. Ran Vijay Singh, learned counsel for opposite parties no. 2 & 5 and Mr. Rishabh Tripathi, learned counsel for opposite party no. 4.

Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties for consideration of petitioner's representation for transfer from District Sitapur to District Farrukhabad on the post of Senior Clerk in the office of the District Basic Education Officer.

Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before opposite party no 2 i.e. Secretary, Board of Basic Education U.P. Prayagraj who shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the concerned authority.

With aforesaid directions, petition stands disposed of.
