Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel for opposite parties no. 1 & 2 and Mr. Sampurna Nand Shukla, learned counsel for opposite party no. 3.
Petition has been filed seeking a direction to competent authority for consideration of petitioner's case for promotion on the Class-III post.
Learned counsel for opposite party no. 3 on the basis of instructions submits that petitioner's representation for the aforesaid grievance has already been rejected vide order dated 12.06.2024. A copy of the same is taken on record and has also been supplied to learned counsel for petitioner.
In view of aforesaid, as per prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to file afresh to effect challenge to the aforesaid order.
