This is the third bail application. The first and second bail applications of the applicant bearing Bail No.1644 of 2021 & Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.9263 of 2021 were rejected by Co-ordinate Bench of this court vide orders dated 08.02.2021 & 01.04.2022 respectively.
The present bail application has been filed by accused-applicant seeking bail in Case Crime No.737 of 2018, under Sections 452, 302 I.P.C., P.S. Mohanlalganj, District Lucknow.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents.
Perused the record.
This Court does not find any fresh ground in the present third bail application; the role of assaulting the victim by banka has been assigned to the present applicant; its a heinous offence and not a fit case to enlarge the applicant on bail. The bail application is hereby rejected .
