Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties 1 to 5 and Mr. Nagendra Bahadur Singh learned counsel for opposite party No.6 whose power filed today is taken on record. In view of order being passed, notice to opposite party No.7 stands dispensed with.

Petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:-

( i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding the Opposite Parties specially the Opposite Party No.4 and 5 i.e. District Inspector of Schools, Amethi as well as the Finance sand Account officer (Secondary Education) in the office of District Inspector of schools, Amethi to take necessary action against the Opposite Party No.6 and 7 who are not making payment of the dues to the Petitioner regarding the arrears of salary as well as the salary which have been illegally deducted by the Committee of Management of the institution, in the interest of justice.

(ii) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the Opposite Parties to ensure the payment in respect of following dues of the Petitioner:-

(a) One increment of salary with effect from 01.07.2022 and the arrears of salary with effect from July, 2022.

(b) Approval of medical Leave with effect from 19.11.2022 to 26.11.2022 and further the arrears of salary for the period of 10 days which has been deduced by the management in absence of approval of medical leave.

(c) Salary of four days from 15.11.2023 to 16.11.2023 and from 22.11.2023 to 23.11.2023.

(d) One day salary for 20.10.2023 which has been deducted by the management.

(e) Remaining arrears of salary for the suspension period with effect from April, 2023 to October, 2023.

(f) The arrears of bonus which was stopped in the year 2022-2023 by the management. "

For the aforesaid grievance, the petitioner has already submitted a representation but seeks liberty to file a fresh representation before the authority concerned. At present learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer for a final decision with regard to same.

Considering innocuous prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner and without entering into the merits of the case petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh representation before opposite party No. 4 i.e. District Inspector of Schools, Amethi. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided within period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
