Hon'ble Abdul Moin,J.
Sri Anu Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the applicants, states that instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed challenging the summoning order dated 02.12.2022 passed in Complaint Case No.6473 of 2022 in re: Smt. Anjali Arya vs. Shailendra Kumar Verma and others. He further states that the complainant has not pressed the aforesaid complaint case through an application which has been allowed vide order dated 03.07.2024 and as such for all practical purposes instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has rendered infructuous and thus it is prayed that the instant application may be dismissed as not pressed.
Accordingly, the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
