Estate of Jagdish Prasad & Ors. in the Hon'ble Court of Ld. Civil Judge (Senior Division) Malihabad, Lucknow lastly listed on 21.09.2024."
2. Considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2022, the present petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal before the Court concerned which shall be considered in accordance with law.
