Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the privaterespondents had appeared on caveat had taken an objection that certain parties were not impleaded. He further submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh with proper parties and pleadings to which Shri Kalhans, learned counsel appearing for the private-respondents has no objection.
In view of the aforesaid, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid .
It is also made clear that whenever the petitioners file a fresh petition, they shall serve a copy thereof on Shri Kalhans, learned counsel for the private-respondents.
In case, if the petitioners move an application for return of certified copies, the office shall do the needful within three days.
