Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the instant case an application under Order 9 Rule 13 CPC has been filed by the private respondents but inadvertently he could not disclose the same while filing the instant petition.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file fresh.
In view of the aforesaid, the instant petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
In case if the petitioners move an application for return of the certified copy, the office shall do the needful within three days.
