नकोचटिस चदए हहए ्ቚयाथቔኋनया पत कको असंरቦኍककर करनके सके अस्विቦኍकयार चकयया हवै। असंरቦኍकरर कके स्रर पर मयात ्ቚयाथቕኍ कको सकनया जयानया हकोरया हवै रथया चविपकቦኍ कको इस स्रर पर सकनवियाई कया ककोई अधधिकयार ्ቚया् नहीሻ हवै। चिगचक असंरቦኍकरर कके ू स्रर पर पयाररर आदकेश सके व्यधथर हकोकर ययाचचिकयाकरयाቔኋ नके ससंचविधियान कके अनकच्छकेद 227 कके अन्ररቔኋर यह ययाचचिकया ्ቚस्रकर ककी हवै , इस ययाचचिकया मम भቦኍ चविपकቦኍरर कको सकनवियाई हकेरक नकोचटिस चकए जयानके ककी ककोई आविश्यकरया नहीሻ हवै। अरतः चविपकቦኍरर कको नकोचटिस कके चबनया यह ययाचचिकया असंचरम रूप सके चनस्रयाररर ककी जया रहቦኍ हवै।
09.09.2024 ककी विवैधिरया कको चिकननौरቦኍ दकेरके हहए रकቔኋ चकयया चक धियारया 80 व्यविहयार ्ቚचቅኌयया ससंचहरया कके ्ቚयाचविधियान मयात सरकयार कके चविरु्ቍ "वियाद" ्ቚस्रकर चकए जयानके ककी सस्थचर मम लयारगू हकोरके हह। धियारया 80 व्यविहयार ्ቚचቅኌयया ससंचहरया मम "वियाद" कया रयात्पयቔኋ मगूल वियाद सके हवै। धियारया 39 चनयम 2-क व्यविहयार ्ቚचቅኌयया ससंचहरया कके अन्ररቔኋर ्ቚस्रकर चकयया रयया ्ቚयाथቔኋनया पत "वियाद" ककी शकेरቦኍ मम नहीሻ आरया हवै।
