1 . Counter afÏdavit filed today on behalf of the State respondent is taken on record.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record.

3 . It is argued by the counsel for the applicant that in terms of the allegation as per the FIR, Sourabh Singh and his brother Amit Singh and some unknown persons were standing and all of them, made the victim sit in a vehicle after showing a pistol. It is argued that the main accused was enlarged on bail by the trial Court itself vide order dated 10.01.2024.

4. Learned A.G.A. opposed the bail prayer.

Considering the allegations in the FIR, prima facie, Sourabh Singh is the main accused and he has been enlarged on bail, the applicant who is not named in the FIR and is in custody since 09.02.2023 having criminal history duly disclosed in para 16, is enlarged on bail. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed .

6. Let the applicant Prashant Kumar Singh be released on bail in FIR/ Case Crime No. 600 of 2022, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 342,

504, 506, 386 IPC, Police Station Vibhuti Khand, District Lucknow, on his furnishing personal bonds and two reliable sureties of Rs.20,000/- each to the satisfaction of the court concerned with the following conditions:

(a) The applicant shall execute a bond to undertake to attend the hearings;

¶14

(b) The applicant shall not commit any offence similar to the offence of which he is accused or suspected of the commission; and

¶15

(c) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police ofÏcer or tamper with the evidence.
