Learned counsel for the applicant submits that though the representation of the applicant has been decided but only Rs.7 lakhs has been paid against the post retiral dues whereas as per his submission, the applicant is entitled to Rs.18 lakhs as post retiral dues.
Since the order passed by the writ Court was with respect to taking decision on the representation of the applicant and the same has been decided, thus, no contempt is made out.
Contempt notices are discharged and contempt petition is dismissed .

However, it is open to the applicant that if he feels aggrieved, he may move revival application in the instant contempt application.
