1. Present petition has been filed with the following prayer:
"(i) to issue suitable order or direction in the commanding the opposite party no.1 to dispose of the petitioner's Misc. Case No.245/2014 in re: Satya Narain Singh v. Mohd. Mushtakeem & Other pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Faizabad (Ayodhya) contained in Annexure No.1 to the instant petition as early as possible, in order to meet the ends of justice."
2. Considering the fact that the aforesaid miscellaneous case is said to be pending since the year 2014, the Court concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid miscellaneous case in accordance with law with all expedition, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
3. Present writ petition is disposed off in above terms.
