Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record.

2 . The counsel for the applicant argues that coaccused was enlarged on bail vide order dated 16.04.2024.

¶8

3. Learned A.G.A. opposed the bail prayer.

¶9

4. Considering the allegations against the applicant not different from the co-accused, who has already been enlarged on bail and adopting the same reasoning, the applicant who has no criminal history is enlarged on bail. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed .

5. Let the applicant Badal be released on bail in FIR/ Case Crime No. 510 of 2023, under Sections 363, 366, 323, 506, 372, 376-DA IPC and Section 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Chinhat, District Lucknow, on his furnishing personal bonds and two reliable sureties of Rs.20,000/- each to the satisfaction of the court concerned with the following conditions:

(a) The applicant shall execute a bond to undertake to attend the hearings;

¶12

(b) The applicant shall not commit any offence similar to the offence of which he is accused or

¶13

suspected of the commission; and

¶14

(c) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police ofÏcer or tamper with the evidence.
