Sri Ajay Kumar Shukla, Secretary, Nagar Vikas Anubhag-3, Lucknow and Sri Anuj Jha, Director, Local Bodies, U.P., i.e. respondent nos.1 and 2, are present and have filed compliance affidavits, which are taken on record.
Learned Chief Standing Counsel has submitted that in compliance of the judgement and order passed by the writ court the order has been passed on 15.12.2024 granting all admissible dues to the applicant as it was given to the other similarly situated persons in light of the judgment and order passed in the case of Dr Shyam Kumar vs. State of U.P. and others.
Learned counsel for the applicant has very fairly submitted that the judgment and order dated 30.05.2023, passed by this Court in Writ A No. 4175 of 2023 (Yogendra Nath Tripathi vs. State of U.P. and others) has been complied with and now nothing remains to be adjudicated in the matter and the present contempt application may be dismissed as infructuous.
In view of the facts and circumstances stated above, the present contempt application is dismissed as infructuous.
Notice, if any, stands discharged.
