Birbal and others) under Section 207 U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, expeditiously.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner would be sufficiently met in case respondent no. 2 considers and decides the aforesaid case in the time bound manner, to which learned Standing Counsel has no objection.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into the merits, respondent no. 2 - Additional Commissioner, (Judicial First), Lucknow Division, Lucknow is directed to decide case/appeal No.02657 of 2019 (computerized case No.C-201910000002657 (Rambeti Vs.
