Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This is the second petition in as much as the first petition is dismissed with liberty to file fresh with proper facts and prayers.
However, even in the instant petition which has been filed almost after two and a half months from the passing of the first order yet there are apparent discrepancies and defects in the petition, in as much as, the contesting party have not been impleaded. This is a sorry state of affairs where despite indulgence being granted by the Court yet the petitions are being filed in a casual manner. This is not acceptable.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed with liberty to file fresh with correct details.
