At the very outset, Shri Shashi Prakash Singh, learned Senior Advocate & A.S.G.I. assisted by Shri Varun Pandey, learned counsel for the Union of India has raised preliminary objection regarding maintainability of the present petition as the petitioner has an alternative remedy to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal as the petitioner is a central government employee.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that present petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal.
As prayed, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed for.
