Heard Ms. Archana Rawat, learned Counsel for the applicant, Mr. Nikhil Singh, learned A.G.A-I for the State-opposite party No.1 and perused the material placed on record.
The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the applicants seeking quashing of the entire proceeding of Sessions Case No.712/2023 pending before the Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge POCSO Act, Court No.44 District-Barabanki under Section 498A, 376, 506, 452 I.P.C. and Section 5(1)/6 POCSO Act and Section 3/4 Muslim Women (Protection of Rights of Marriage) Act, 2019 pending before Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge POCSO Act, Court No.44, District-Barabanki.
After some argument, learned Counsel for the applicant submits that she does not want to press this application on merit and wants to withdraw the same.
Learned A.G.A-I for the State-opposite party No.1 has no objection to the prayer made by learned Counsel for the applicant.
In view thereof, the present application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
