The petitioner has approached this Court for expeditious disposal of his petition preferred under Section 41 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901.
The Court had by means of the order dated 02.08.2024 sought instructions as to why the matter has not been decided.
Learned Standing Counsel Shri Pandey, on the basis of the written instructions under the signatory of SDM, Kunda, District- Pratapgarh, has informed the Court that the proceedings under Section 41 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 has been finally decided on 03.08.2024, copy of the said written instructions has provided to the Court for perusal, which is taken on record.
In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives in the petition, which is accordingly dismissed .
