After arguing, at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he does not want to press this application and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to applicant to file fresh application with proper pleadings and documents in support thereof.
To the aforesaid prayer, there is no objection.
Accordingly, the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
Office is directed to return the certified copies of the documents as also the original compromise to the learned counsel for the applicant, as per Rules in this regard.
