Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Sandeep Sharma, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.
There is consensus at the bar that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court passed in Writ-A No.4406 of 2023 in re: Devisaran Singh and 10 others vs. State of U.P. and others , decided on 31.05.2023, a copy of which has been filed as part of Annexure-11 to the writ petition.
Accordingly, taking into consideration the aforesaid consensus, the present petition is disposed of in light of the aforesaid judgment passed in the case of Devisaran Singh (supra) .
It is provided that the petitioners of the instant petition would also be entitled for the benefit of the judgment of this Court passed in the case of Devisaran Singh(supra) .
