Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that in compliance of the judgement and order dated 24.06.2024 passed in Writ-C No.5503 of 2024, the payment has been made to the applicant on 3.10.2024 and the same has been brought on record by filing a compliance affidavit dated 5.10.2024.
Learned counsel for the applicant has neither any objection against the compliance affidavit nor he has disputed the averment made in Para 5 of the same.
In view of the above, the judgement and order dated 24.06.2024 has been complied with. The present contempt petition has become infructuous, hence it is dismissed as infructuous.
