After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the present petition as dismissed as not pressed with liberty to move appropriate applications for compliance of the order of the status-quo dated 27.11.2008 and for early disposal of the suit, which is pending since the year 2007.
As prayed, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioners to move appropriate applications as permissible under the law.
