Therefore, without entering into merits of the issue, this petition is being disposed of finally at the admission stage directing the learned court below i.e. Additional Principal Judge-VII, Family Court, Lucknow to decide the Case No.3805 of 2023 (Pankaj Rajput vs. Smt. Aditi Singh), strictly in accordance with law, by affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned with expedition preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. The learned court below is also directed to ensure the opposite party No.3 to file written statement with expedition preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, whereafter, the aforesaid proceedings be finally concluded/ decided within the period so provided by this Court. No unnecessary adjournment shall be given to any of the parties and if any of the parties seek unnecessary adjournment without any cogent or plausible reason, any appropriate coercive order may be passed by the court concerned, as per law.
