At the very outset, Sri Ran Vijay Singh, learned counsel appearing for the opposite party no. 3 has raised a preliminary objection that the present writ petition is not maintainable as the recruitment of 68,500 Assistant Teachers, have already been completed in the year, 2018, and thereafter, the subsequent recruitment is also done. He further added that even the government order, which contemplates the minimum qualifying marks, has also not been assailed by the present petitioner. Thus, submission is that the instant writ petition may be dismissed on this ground alone.
On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner could not rebut the aforesaid facts.
In view of the aforesaid, the instant writ petition is dismissed , being highly belated.
