Hon'ble Shree Prakash Singh,J.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain discrepancies in the pleading of the writ petition and certain relevant documents could not be appended with the present petition, therefore he wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition.
Sri Ravi Prakash Yadav, learned counsel for the District Basic Education Officer and Sri Ran Vijay Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State have no objection to the contention aforesaid.
In view of above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
