Learned AGA contends that from a perusal of the F.I.R. prima facie offence is disclosed against the applicant.
Faced with this, Ms. Garima Singh, learned counsel for the applicant does not press the prayer sought in the applicant. She recasts the relief and submits that the applicant may be permitted to apply for bail and also to file a discharge application through counsel before the learned trial court.
It is always open to the applicant to invoke his remedy available to him in law. In case the applicant invokes such remedy, the competent court shall decide the same expeditiously and in accordance with law.
The Application U/S 482 is disposed of.
