The present petition has been filed for the following main relief:-
"i. issue a writ in the nature of HABEAS CORPUS, commanding the opposite parties thereby directing the opposite party no.1 to produce the petitioner/detenue before this Hon'ble Court."
Taking note of the pleadings made in this petition and documents in support thereof, on being confronted, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the instant petition may be disposed with liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate application under Section 100 Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (in short "BNSS"), remedy available to the petitioner, which may be directed to be decided expeditiously.
Considering the aforesaid, the instant petition is disposed of with aforesaid liberty. If the remedy aforesaid is availed, the same shall be considered and decided most expeditiously by the court/authority/magistrate concerned.
With the aforesaid, the instant petition is disposed of.
