Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that in compliance of the judgment and order dated 21.03.2024, the Finance Controller, U.P. Police, Headquarters, Lucknow has passed an order on 28.06.2024 and decided the representation of the applicants and recommending the computation of the previous services of the applicants for the purposes of pay protection and forwarded the file to the Committee who has to determine the wages of the applicants constituted by the State Government by its order dated 16.08.2021.
Copy of the decision taken by the Finance Controller, U.P. dated 28.06.2024 has already been forwarded to the applicants and the copy of the same has also been provided to the learned counsel for the applicant.
Learned Standing Counsel has further submitted that the present case has now become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous and the notice issued may also be discharged.
Learned counsel for the applicants is unable to dispute the submission raised by the learned Standing Counsel that the order has been complied with and the representation of the applicants have been decided.
In view of the above, the present case is dismissed as infructuous.
Notice issued, if any, is hereby discharged.
