Heard learned counsel for petitioner, Mr. Ambrish Rai, learned counsel for opposite party no. 1, Mr. B.P. Singh, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 and Mr. Akhilesh Pratap Singh, learned counsel for opposite party no.3.

Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the concerned authority to grant governmental pension to petitioner after closing the Employees Provident Fund account of petitioner from which pension is being provided to him.

Learned counsel for petitioner has placed reliance on the Circular dated 06.10.2020 to submit that his name is indicated in the list of employees who are entitled for such government pensionary benefits but despite the same, the payment has not been made to him.

Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before opposite parties no.2 & 3 i.e. Chairman, Airport Authority of India, Rajiv Gandhi Bhawan, Safdarganj Airport, New Delhi and Commissioner, Employees Provident Fund Organization (Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India), Regional OfÏce, Delhi who shall take a final decision with regard to same within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the concerned authority.

With aforesaid observations and directions, the petition is finally disposed of.
