After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition at this stage with liberty to file fresh.
Learned counsels for respondents have no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
