The present contempt application petition is filed with the following prayer:-

"For the facts reason and circumstances stated in the accompanying affidavit, filed in support of this contempt petition it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to summon the opposite parties/ contemnors to appear in person before this Hon'ble court and punish him in accordance with law for commission of grass, deliberate and willful disobedience of this Hon'ble Court's order by flouting the order dated 23.04.2024 passed in Writ-A No. 3160 of 2024 Anupam Kumar Upadhyaya & others. Vs State of U. P. and others, thereby showing scorn towards the judgment and directions of this Hon'ble Court so that esteem and diginity of judiciary may be maintained in eye of public in general as contained as ANNEXURE NO. 01 to this contempt petition."

Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the order of the writ court was not complied with therefore, the present contempt application was filed. He also admitted that affidavit of compliance was filed by the respondent annexing the order dated 26.07.2024 by which the claim of the applicants has already been allowed by adding the earlier services but the financial benefit have not been given to the applicants.

Mr. Amrendra Singh, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that direction was issued by the writ court for deciding the representation and representation has already been decided in favour of the applicants.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the

parties and going through the contents of the order passed by this Court as well as the affidavit of compliance annexing the order dated 26.07.2024 passed by the Finance Controller, U.P. Police Headquarter, Lucknow as the writ petition of the applicants has already been decided in favour of the applicants, therefore, no contempt is made out.

Accordingly, the contempt application is hereby dismissed .

If there is any grievance, it is open for the applicants to take appropriate remedy.
