Meishang Chang filed by respondent no.2 for recall of the judgement and decree dated 15.11.2021 passed by respondent no.1 in Case No.22/34/37/2016 Meisheng Chaiang Vs. State of U.P. and others to the competent court of jurisdiction at any other district outside the territorial jurisdiction of Devi Patan Division, Gonda, otherwise the petitioner would suffer irreparable loss and injury which cannot be made good in or any event."
