Shri Vishal Tahlani, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the judgment and award challenged in the appeal has wrongly been annexed of some other case, therefore he submits that the appeal may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh.
In view of above, the appeal is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as aforesaid.
