Sri Varun Pandey, learned counsel for the respondent has raised a preliminary objection regarding maintainability of the present writ petition as the petitioner is a railway employee and has statutory remedy to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal.
At this stage, leaned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition and dismissed as not pressed with liberty to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
