Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Anjali Madhesiya, learned State Counsel for the State-respondent.

In view of the proposed order, notices to private opposite parties are hereby dispensed with.

By means of this petition filed under Section 483 Cr.P.C., the petitioner has prayed to direct the Judicial Magistrate, Lalganj, Pratapgarh to expedite the proceedings of Complaint Case No.455 of 2023, Noor Ahmadi Vs. Mohd. Anas & Others, under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, Police Station- Lalganj, District- Pratapgarh and decide the same within a stipulated period.

The innocuous prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the proceedings of the aforesaid complaint case are pending before the court below since 16.03.2023 and the complainant is lady, therefore, the same may be directed to be decided with expedition.

Learned State Counsel has no objection to the aforesaid prayer made on behalf of the petitioner.

Therefore, without entering into merits of the issue, Judicial Magistrate, Lalganj, Pratapgarh is directed to expedite the proceedings of Complaint Case No.455 of 2023 (supra) and decide the same expeditiously, strictly in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, by fixing short dates and without giving any unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties.

With the aforesaid direction, this petition is disposed of finally.
