Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This is an application under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of Arbitrator.

This Court by means of the order dated 07.08.2024, had proposed the name of Hon'ble Mrs. Justice Renu Agarwal (a former judge of this Court), Resident of House No. A-304, Sector-11, Azea Botonica, Vrindavan Yojna, Lucknow, Mb. No.8400092427 as an Arbitrator in the matter to settle the dispute between the parties.

In response to the aforesaid order, Hon'ble Mrs. Justice Renu Agarwal (a former judge of this Court) has sent her consent to be an Arbitrator through letter dated 19.09.2024 in accordance with law.

In view of above, Hon'ble Mrs. Justice Renu Agarwal (a former judge of this Court), Resident of House No. A-304, Sector-11, Azea Botonica, Vrindavan Yojna, Lucknow, Mb. No.8400092427 is appointed as an Arbitrator to arbitrate with regard to the dispute between the parties herein.

The application is disposed of accordingly.

Office is directed to communicate a copy of this order to Hon'ble Mrs. Justice Renu Agarwal (a former judge of this Court) forthwith.
