Heard learned counsel for the appellants, learned AGA and Shri Anil Kumar, learned counsels for the respondents.
Shri Dhirendra Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the appellants states that as non bailable warrants have been issued against the appellants, the appellants may be given some time for surrendering and applying for bail.
Considering the aforesaid, the appeal is disposed of with the following observations:
Three weeks' time is granted to the appellants to surrender and thereafter apply for bail.
In case the bail applications are filed, the same be considered in view of law laid down by Hon'ble Supreme Court in the cases of Satender Kumar Antil versus Central Bureau of Investigation and another passed in Special Leave to Appeal (Cri) No.5191 of 2021 and Mahdoom Bava Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation arising out of S.L.P. (Crl.) No.376 of 2023, to which learned A.G.A. has no objection.
It is further provided that in case the appellants do not surrender and do not file bail application, the benefit of this order will not be available to the appellants.
