This is an application for withdrawal of the writ petition.
Sri Durga Prasad, Advocate holding brief of Sri Ram Raj Ojha, learned counsel for the petitioner states that on account of subsequent developments, he does not intend to press with the instant writ petition and prays that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
