Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶7

The applicant was enlarged on interim bail on 5.1.2024.

¶8

It is informed at the Bar that charge sheet has already been filed.

¶9

Considering the fact that there is no material to demonstrate that the applicant has misused the liberty, the interim bail granted vide order dated 5.1.2024 is confirmed and the applicant namely Hari Dubey @ Hari Kumar is granted anticipatory bail till conclusion of the trial, subject to his furnishing a personal bond with two fresh sureties of Rs.20,000/- each to the satisfaction of Court concerned with the following conditions:-

(a) The applicant shall execute a bond to undertake to attend the hearings;

¶11

(b) The applicant shall not commit any offence similar to the offence of which he is accused or suspected of the commission; and

¶12

(c) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police ofÏcer or tamper with the evidence.

(d) The applicant shall not leave India without the previous permission of the Court.

¶14

The anticipatory bail application is allowed in above terms.
