Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the present writ petition has been preferred for issuing direction to the respondent no. 1/ Consolidation OfÏcer Old Dist. Gonda to decide the case No. 2016550830060017 titled as Bala vs. Faujdar filed under Section 9(2)A of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 pending before him since remand order dated 27.05.2016, within a stipulated time as this Court may fix.

Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the aforesaid prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.

On the request of learned counsel for the petitioner and without entering into the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of and it is expected that the respondent no. 1 shall make an endeavour to decide the case No. 2016550830060017 titled as Bala vs. Faujdar filed under Section 9(2)A of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 pending before him since remand order dated 27.05.2016, expeditiously, after giving opportunity to the parties concerned, in accordance with law and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
