"1. issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Certiorari thereby quashing the impugned Order dated 21-11-2023 rendered in Revision No. 299 of 2023 [computerized case No. 2020530468000627] Parmanand Versus Ram Kripal Tewari passed by O.P. No.1 Deputy Director of Consolidation, Sultanpur as well as order dated the order dated 28-03-2016/ 15-12-1982 passed by [O.P. No.2] Learned Settlement officer of Consolidation, Sultanpur contained as Annexure No.1,2 and 3 to this writ petition. Further in view of refusal [as per endorsement over the folio for copy Annexure No.4] the record pertaining to order dated 28-05-1982 passed by O.P. No.3 Consolidation officer Sadar, Sultanpur may kindly be summoned and thereafter be pleased to set-aside the same accordingly.
2. issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties particularly O.P. No. 4 to 9 not to change the nature of the land qua Plot No. 172 situate in Village Ballipur, H/o Khedi Pargana Barausa, Tehsil Sadar, District Sultanpur and not to create an encumbrance including alienation of any kind be also restraint, in the interest of justice."
2010 and Suit No. 437 of 2010 before Court of competent jurisdiction at Lakhimpur Kheri.
