Heard learned counsel for the parties.
In view of order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to the private-respondents is hereby dispensed with.
By means of this petition, the petitioner has sought the following main relief:-
"I. To issue directions to the Opposite Party No.1/Additional Commissioner (Judicial) Ayodhya Division, Ayodhya, to expeditiously decide Revision No. 78/2024 (Shiv Devi..Vs.. Rajesh and others) under Section 210 of U.P. Land Revenue Code 2006 along with an application for Stay, within such time as prescribed by this Hon'ble Court."
Considering the facts, as indicated in this petition, as also that the petitioner is permanent disabled (percentage of disability is 80%) as appears from Annexure No. 2 to this petition and the relevant provisions i.e. Rule 183(4) of the U.P. Revenue Code Rules, 2016 made under U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and para 458(2) of U.P. Revenue Court Manual, as per which, a revision or appeal should be decided preferably within six months, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 1/Additional Commissioner (Judicial), Ayodhya Division, Ayodhya to decide the revision in issue after affording full opportunity of hearing to the parties to the litigation and without granting any adjournment to either party preferably within a period of six months from the next date fixed in the case, if possible and if there is no other legal impediment in this regard.
It is made clear that the Court has not examined the case of either party on merits and the authority concerned shall be free to decide the matter strictly in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of .
